Biography

Dr. Logan began his career at the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine and received his D.M.D. in 1996. He continued his education in the United States Army, attending the Advanced Education in General Dentistry 1-year program at Fort Carson, Colorado. Dr. Logan completed his residency in Oral And Maxillofacial Surgery from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston in 2003. Dr. Logan served in the US Army, obtaining the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. He deployed in support of the NATO forces to Bosnia – Herzegovina as a general dentist in 1998. Dr. Logan also deployed in support of the 28th Combat Support Hospital during Operation Iraqi Freedom and served as a Theater Consultant for Oral And Maxillofacial Surgery, 3rd Medcom, Baghdad, Iraq, Feb-Aug 2007. He was also involved in academics, serving as Assistant Program Director for the residency program located at Fort Bragg, NC, from 2004 – 2008.

Dr. Logan is a Board Certified Diplomate of American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery as well as a Fellow of the American Association of Oral And Maxillofacial Surgeons.

Dr. Logan loves being in our beautiful area and resides in Fairview with his wife and two children. He looks forward to serving the communities in western North Carolina for a very long time.
