Dr. Leah Bridges is a prosthodontist specializing in advanced dental implant care and full-arch reconstruction in Asheville, North Carolina. She is known for her thoughtful approach to complex restorative cases and for helping patients achieve natural-looking, durable results that support long-term oral health. She is especially passionate about the esthetic outcomes of implant dentistry and the impact a new smile can have on a patient’s confidence and quality of life.
Dr. Bridges earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine from East Carolina University School of Dental Medicine and completed her Master of Science in Oral Biology along with her prosthodontics residency training at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Her clinical expertise focuses on dental implants, full arch restoration, and a full range of prosthodontic solutions such as crowns, bridges, implant bridges, dentures, and implant-assisted prostheses.
She enjoys partnering with patients and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop solutions that align with each individual’s needs and goals. Her focus is on restoring function, comfort, and helping patients feel confident in their smile again.
Dr. Leah Bridges sees patients at our Envision Dental Implant Center in Asheville, North Carolina, located at Medical Park Drive. There, she combines advanced prosthodontic care with a collaborative, team-based approach alongside Rockcliff Oral & Facial Surgery to deliver exceptional patient outcomes in Western NC and Eastern TN.

Originally from Tarboro, North Carolina, Dr. Bridges grew up enjoying time on the water along the North Carolina coast. Outside the office, she enjoys an active lifestyle that includes scuba diving, surfing, swimming, snow skiing, reading, and gardening.
She and her husband, Mason, enjoy traveling, cooking, and spending time outdoors with their rough collie, Blossom.
