Biography

Dr. Christopher Maliken is originally from Buffalo, NY and obtained his dental degree from the University of Pennsylvania. While a member of the United States Navy he completed a residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery at Naval Medical Center Portsmouth. For the next several years he worked as a staff oral surgeon at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune.

His clinical interests include dentoalveolar surgery, dental implant surgery, maxillofacial trauma, pathology, and orthognathic surgery. Dr. Maliken is a diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, a fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, and a member of the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology.
